Information we collect
We collect account, payment reference, tax intake and uploaded document metadata needed to provide assisted ITR filing.
How we use data
Data is used only for filing support, customer communication, legal compliance, fraud prevention and service improvement.
Storage and access
Tax documents are stored privately. Access is limited to the customer and authorized TaxSarthi filing personnel.
Retention and deletion
Tax-service records and uploaded documents are retained securely for up to 3 years, unless a longer period is required by applicable law. Contact support to request eligible deletion or correction.
