Refund eligibility
A service-fee refund will only be provided if the filing process has not started yet.
After filing begins
Once document review, tax computation, draft preparation or any other filing work has started, the service fee is non-refundable.
Government refunds
TaxSarthi service-fee refunds are separate from Income Tax Department tax refunds.
